James Stevenson Bsc (Hons) - Osteopath
James has over 17 years of clinical experience. He qualified in 2006 from the European School of Osteopathy where he received additional accreditation as top clinical student of his year. He now practices out of a well-established and successful practice in Battle, East Sussex and also in Lamberhurst, Tunbridge Wells, Kent. James enjoys working with patients from all walks of life, both young and old, appreciating the challenges that each new case may present. He uses a variety of techniques to alleviate the body from pain and discomfort and restore correct function where possible including the more traditional classical osteopathic movements, functional muscular techniques, cranial therapy, dry needling/acupuncture and structural manipulations to name a few. James will give advice on exercise and after-care in order to strengthen areas of weakness, along with tips on ergonomics for those with desk-based or repetitive manual jobs.
